A yoga studio space to gather, to connect and unwind from the hustle bustle of your everyday life and from the busy’ness during your holiday.
Join along to get your mind, body and soul ready for the mountains the next day, with yoga classes created with skiers and snowboarders in mind. You can relax and take a breath in yoga classes from Slow Flow, Yin and Hatha style practices.
Connect through monthly Circles. A community event, organised to gather around the Full Moon and the New Moon. This is an opportunity to meet in the studio space, to chat and meditate on the energy of the moon cycle (dates listed here).

**Yoga is a practice that greatly benefits your mental and physical wellbeing. If you are unable to join due to financial reasons, there is a pay what you can donation, please only use this if you are in such a situation.

Walk through the entrance,
– Head downstairs, to the ground floor.
– Turn left.
Parking:
Hotel Alp Myoko has no parking available in winter due to the snow.
If you have a 4WD car with snow tyres, parking is up the street from Shibata restaurant, past Red Warehouse Lodge towards the hotel winter parking, link here.
During a heavy snow storm, please park the car opposite in front of the Post Office, map here.

Onsen
Enjoy the ultimate self care treat that you can only experience in Japan, a natural hot spring bath, Onsen. Akakura Onsen has been an hot spring village for travellers for over a 100 years, enjoy a hot soak after yoga at the hotel’s onsen.
