The benefits that yoga have on your mental and physical wellbeing, are what have kept me practicing and is exactly what I’d like to share with you.

Hello, I’m Nanaco, I love yoga, snowboarding and travel.

Living in the mountains of Myoko, I combine my love of yoga and snow sports, teaching yoga classes.

Winter sports and winter work is fun, but also busy and tiring. Yoga is a great compliment to stretch your body before and after a long day on the slopes. Yoga can provide your body with both strength and flexibility, while also cultivating a calm mind and an awareness centered around your breath. This has come in very handy for me, when I’ve been stuck in deep Myoko snow.

I always hear that people aren’t flexible enough or not at a certain weight, guess what? If you can breathe. You can do yoga!
